Here's a few shows to look forward to checking out at the end of your Hump Day. Come Back to the Future Vintage Party with Come Back Alice, Future Vintage, Row Jomah Nothing like a really kicking costume party to kick this Hump Day into overdrive, and if my calculations are correct, when this baby hits 88 miles per hour... you're gonna see some serious shit. Yep, it’s the Come Back to the Future Vintage Party, a themed event held on ‘Back to the Future Day’ (the date Marty McFly traveled to in the trilogy’s second film – October 21, 2015). Headlining sets by fiddle-spun gypsy funk jam outfit Come Back Alice and instrumental funk-jiving jazz n’ soul maestros Future Vintage, as well as performances by Row Jomah and guest “artists at large” Dennis Stadelman (COPE), Chris Sgammato (Displace), Christian Ryan (Holey Miss Moley) and Leisure Chief, among many others. RnB – Acoustic – Soul with Theo Lane, LaQueen, Michael Jo Mae aka #JoMazing, Lyricah Love If you like good R&B and dig a soulful vibe and laid-back atmosphere, Fubar is the place to be every third Wednesday. Accomplished spoken word artist Autumn Blaze and the creative, high energy hip-hop emcee Tone Kapone host October’s installment of the R&B-Acoustic-Soul series, with the expressive DJ Galaxz on the one and twos, live performances from homegrown neo-soul artists Theo Lane, Laqueen, Michael Jo, and Lyricah Love, and a special set by Live Hart, an alternative soul singer who’s warmed the stage for American Idol winner David Cook andpopular R&B singer Monica, and has a rich style that blends elements of R&B, folk, and pop.
