After 10 years of great tunes, great times and doing that funny-looking drunken jog/shamble/stumble between New World and Crowbar, Summer Jam — arguably Ybor's finest homegrown DIY music fest — is calling it quits. Pour out a little craft beer for its passing, but, you know, not too much, because that shit is expensive.
THX MGMT released the lineup schedule this morning, to help you better plan the aforementioned running back and forth. It's a great bill, one that celebrates local music while also bringing in some regional and national talent to showcase how the gig has grown from its humble origins into a formidable event in its own right.
