Bredal—who plays Hooch and Hive in downtown Tampa's West River district on Friday, Dec. 2—is joined on the bill by rapper Adrian O’Sullivan (aka The Black Ace), singer Biishop the Artist, plus host Jay Browne and DJ Perception.
