Cherie Leporatti, former HART compliance officer, told Creative Loafing Tampa Bay that she was fired unjustly by CEO Adelee Le Grand on November 15 of 2021, the day that her mother was put in hospice care. Leporatti was in charge of making sure that the company was in compliance with its federal regulatory and legal requirements, as well as internal policies and bylaws.
