Tampa home prices jumped 74 percent since the start of the pandemic, but market is starting to cool, says report

It's no secret that Tampa area home prices have spiked dramatically since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, but according to a new report it appears the market is starting to cool down. According to Zillow's September Monthly Report, the average Tampa area home value is now $391,114, which is down 0.2% since August but up 73.8% since September of 2019.
