Get your picnic blankets and chairs ready because the sky above Plant City will be filled with massive colorful hot air balloons next weekend. The Plant City Balloon Festival returns Oct. 21 and 22 at the Strawberry Festival grounds and includes the Night Glow & Laser Show, (tethered) hot air balloon rides, live music, a kids zone and more. Gates open at 5 p.m. each night and the festival is open until 10:30 p.m.
