The Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Tampa Bay will host its annual event to help pets find homes on Saturday. For this year’s “Clear the Shelters” adoption event, set for Saturday, Aug. 27, every animal adoption fee will be dropped to $8.27. Normal adoption rates for the shelter range from $30-$125.
