Nine candidates will be speaking at Tampa Tiger Bay Club's "County Commission Candidate Forum" next Friday, Aug. 19, at The Cuban Club in Ybor City. The forum begins at noon and includes lunch, but only club members will be able to ask the candidates questions during the event.
