Bibio, The Green EP (Warp)
Experimental electro music maker Bibio presents a follow-up to last year's Silver Wilkinson, six tracks of down-tempo lo-fi prettiness. According to Bibio, "I wanted to do a follow up EP with 'Dye The Water Green' as it is my favorite track off Silver Wilkinson and I also have a lot of music in my archives that would complement the track well." The first project from the Brooklyn DJ/producer otherwise known as Pocketknife and Skooby Laposky; this album under the moniker Boonlorm includes “piano not piano” house music produced solely with a prepared piano and raw drum programming.
Cities Aviv, Come to Life (Young Ones)
David Crosby, Croz (Blue Castle Records)
The infamously mustached singer-songwriter and member of Crosby Stills & Nash presents his first solo studio LP in two decades. Crosby and son James Raymond co-produced and co-wrote a number of the songs together, and Crosby's regular band is joined by select guests, among them, Wynton Marsalis, Mark Knopfler, Leland Sklar and Steve Tavaglione.

Drowners, Drowners (French Kiss)
Reminiscent of The Strokes with a little less snottiness and a little more twinkle and upbeat kick. The indie rock/garage pop band is led by NYC-by-way-of-Wales singer-songwriter Matthew Hitt; this is their first album. Check out "Luv, Hold Me Down" below. About the track, Hitt told Spin, “It brings across this sort of jovial misery ... It’s kind of pop, like a lot of the rest of the record, but lyrically, it’s not as shiny as seems.”
