Once again, it's that time of year when the St. Petersburg Arts Alliance joins forces with the Mayor’s Office of Cultural Affairs to provide 20 grants to St. Petersburg-based artists. Applicants for the Individual Artist Grant Program must be at least 18 years old and residents of The Burg', but the grant itself is open to pretty much every type of artist out there—whether their work is in the fields of visual arts, crafts, dance, music, theater or literature.
