If you haven’t had gotten down with your badass self to the groove-hawking odes of The New Mastersounds, this Tuesday night throwdown is ripe for the dancing. The UK quartet delivers an instrumental fusion of funk, jazz and soul, their new 2015 studio LP Made for Pleasure recorded in New Orleans and imbued with that city’s loose jiving appeal. The New Mastersounds hit Crowbar sunburned and fresh off Jam Cruise 14, joined by local gypsy-jam outfit Come Back Alice. 8 p.m., Skipper’s Smokehouse, Tampa, $20.
