The Alabama delivers multi-voice choruses that sound like soulful spirituals brightened by the clear dulcet intones of Joelle Underhill and bolstered by washes of twinkling percussion and tambourine, outbursts of hand-clapping, and finely wrought instrumentals that slow down to a pretty and restrained pace or pick up to more explosively charged tempos. Rascal Flatts with RaeLynn The temperatures may be soaring but the big country tours just keep on coming and this latest mega-twang event brings Ohio’s favored country-pop pushers to the amphitheater’s roomy stage. Rascal Flatts is Gary LeVox, Jay DeMarcus and Joe Don Rooney, whose combined vocal might and star power (not to mention a strong team of songwriters and producers) has earned them platinum-selling status on seven of their nine studio albums, and all but one has topped the Billboard Country charts.
